Blended Fuel Solutions NZ Ltd (BFSNZ) is a New Zealand owned company, and is closely related to Nufuels Ltd that is involved in decentralised waste-to-energy. Both are based in Otaki, New Zealand and share an operational site in Foxton.

Leigh is New Zealand's foremost expert on Emulsified Fuel and producing "fit for purpose" liquid fuels from local feed stocks. He is also Chair of Energise Otaki and has a number of other commercial interests.
